The program offers the following specialized tracks:
BFLP Micro Banking - This specialization is designed to develop future leaders with deep expertise in microfinance. As a participant, you will be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to drive real socio-economic impact and contribute directly to improving the lives of millions of Indonesians. BFLP Wholesale Banking – This track offers an immersive learning experience in corporate banking, credit analysis, client relationship management, and wholesale transaction services. You will also gain exposure to Treasury and International Banking, covering essential areas such as liquidity and asset-liability management, foreign exchange, money markets, fixed income instruments, and derivative trading. Beyond developing strong technical expertise, this program equips you to build and manage strategic relationships with a diverse range of clients, including domestic and international banks, corporate entities, and investment managers.
BFLP Audit - This program offers comprehensive training and hands-on experience in auditing practices across various banking operations. BFLP IT – This track offers a gateway to building your career within the digital core of Indonesia’s leading financial institution. Whether your passion lies in system development, data analysis, infrastructure management, or cybersecurity, BFLP IT provides diverse career pathways, such as Software Developer, Quality Assurance Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, System Engineer, Infrastructure & Network Engineer, and Cybersecurity Specialist and other roles.
BFLP Business Enabler – In this track, you will engage in comprehensive on-the-job training across multiple business units, gaining cross-functional exposure and contributing to high-impact strategic projects. No. Each candidate is allowed to apply to only one specific role or specialization during the recruitment cycle. Multiple applications may result in disqualification.
Yes, candidates who are not successful may reapply for the BFLP after a minimum waiting period of 6 months from the last selection process and choose preferred specific roles.
Yes, prior to joining the program, the candidate has to take an English proficiency test (such as TOEFL Prediction score with a minimum 500 or IELTS prediction score equivalent to above 5.5 from any recognized institution). Candidate is required to submit the score during the online admission selection.
Yes, prior banking experience is not required to apply for the Management Trainee Program. Nevertheless, candidates who are actively involved in certain communities or organization related to the applied BFLP and demonstrate proven leadership will be favourably considered.
No, you are not required to submit your official certificate of graduation. A letter of graduate confirmation/ Surart Keterangan Lulus (SKL) is acceptable

You will officially join the program after you have signed the contract letter and received official confirmation of your acceptance. Yes, candidates will be assigned to specific business units (Micro, CSME, Wholesale, Wealth Management, Risk, Audit, IT) or business enablers (eg: HC, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Funding & Transaction, etc) or general roles, depending on their track preference and the bank's strategic focus. This will involve specialized assignments across certain roles to provide broad exposure to the banking operations and help build a deep understanding of the specific banking services offered to each segment.
Yes, successful completion of the program may lead to a permanent position within the bank based on your preferred specialization.
