Market Cap BRI

BRI has become the state-owned enterprise with the largest market capitalization in Indonesia, with a market capitalization value reaching Rp836.5 trillion (as of September 1, 2023). This achievement makes BBRI the second-largest market capitalization issuer in Indonesia.

Compared to banks in Southeast Asia, BRI's market capitalization (as of September 1, 2023) ranks third (below BCA and DBS, and above OCBC, Mandiri, UOB, and Maybank). In fact, BRI's market capitalization value of USD 55.5 billion is much higher than that of the British bank, Standard Chartered Bank, which is valued at USD 25.1 billion.

Forbes Global 2000

In the Forbes Global 2000 list for the year 2023, BRI was crowned as the largest (the best of the best) public company in Indonesia. Internationally, BRI is ranked 307, an improvement compared to last year's ranking of 349 in the world.

The Banker

The Banker, a renowned global financial and economic media headquartered in London, also named BRI as the best bank (ranked 1st) in Indonesia. Internationally, BRI was ranked 109th in the world in The Banker's Top 1000 World Banks 2023 list, which was published on July 5, 2023.

The Asset AAA

Due to its focus on empowering SMEs in Indonesia, BRI's President Director, Sunarso, received international recognition as The Best 'SME Banker of The Year' and BRI was awarded 'Best in Treasury and Working Capital - SMEs' at The Asset Triple Award 2022 in Singapore.
