If the participant dies during the insurance period, the heirs or the designated will be given compensation equal to the sum insured for Term Life.

If the participant dies as a direct result of an accident during the insurance period, the heirs or the designated person will be given compensation in the amount of Personal Accident Sum Assured (Risk A).

Personal Accident (Risk B)
If the participant experiences Total Permanent Disability due to an accident during the insurance period, 100% of the Personal Accident Sum Assured will be given (Risk B).

If the participant experiences Partial Permanent Disability due to an accident during the insurance period, compensation will be paid as a percentage in the Partial Permanent Disability Table.

Personal Accident (Risk D)
If the participant experiences an accident during the coverage period which results in injury / illness and based on the doctor's statement requires treatment at the hospital, the amount of the receipt will be paid or not exceeding a maximum of 10% of the Personal Accident Sum Insured (Risk A) as a replacement for all medical / treatment costs in the hospital.

Funeral Compensation
If the participant dies during the coverage period, funeral compensation will be paid in the amount of the Sum Assured for Funeral Cost Compensation.

Participation Terms

• Minimum Participants 5 people
• Participants who are included are not sick and/or being treated in a hospital
• Minimum entry age is 3 years and maximum is 64 years (x+n 65 years).

Insurance Period

• Maximum 1 year and can be extended

• The currency used is Rupiah

Compensation Money Limit

• Minimum IDR 1,000,000 and maximum IDR 5,000,000,000

Peserta yang diikutsertakan  tidak   dalam  keadaan  sakit  dan/atau  sedang dirawat di rumah sakit

Berlaku 1 (satu) tahun dan dapat diperpanjang setiap tahunnya.
