A TCR is an electronic device that speeds up and secures cash transactions for both customers and walk-in customers. This machine can handle deposits and withdrawals in various denominations.

What Customers Need to Prepare

Machine Usage Flow

  • Withdraw cash

    • GM navigates Customer to fill out e-form to complete customer data

    • UB/Teller calls the queue then accesses the TCR Cash Withdrawal menu on the NDS

    • UB/Teller validates the Cash Withdrawal transaction data that has been filled in via Eform QMS, if it is correct the transaction will be continued, if it is not correct the data can be changed via NDS

    • UB/Teller asks the customer for the desired denomination and then processes the transaction in NDS.

    • The TCR machine displays the cash withdrawal transaction data that the customer will make, then the customer clicks the 'Confirm' button to continue the transaction process.

    • The machine will dispense money and display the amount of money to be withdrawn, then the customer clicks the 'Finish' button and the machine will issue a transaction receipt.

    • UB/Teller directs Customer to perform validation (Manual/Electronic Signature)

  • Cash deposit

    • GM navigates Customer to fill out e-form to complete customer data

    • UB/Teller calls the queue, validates the customer's transaction data, and then asks for the required documents (KTP, Savings Book, Brimo, etc.)

    • The TCR machine displays the cash deposit transaction data that the customer will make, then the customer clicks the 'Confirm' button to continue the transaction process.

    • UB/Teller directs the Customer to enter the money to be deposited, then the machine counts the money (Nominal 5 million with denominations of 100k, 50k & 20k)

    • The machine will display the amount of money to be deposited, if it is correct, the customer clicks the 'Finish' button and the machine will issue a transaction receipt.

    • UB/Teller processes trx via NDS

    • UB/Teller directs the Customer to sign the signature at the validation site
