As a trustee, Bank BRI has been trusted to issue bonds/MTN for several state-owned enterprises, banking companies and other corporations.

Representing and protecting the interests of bondholders / MTNs in accordance with the provisions contained in the trusteeship agreement deed.
Duties
Payment Agent Services
BRI has the obligation to assist Issuers in the repayment of the principal amount of the bond and payment of bond interest by making payments on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the provisions under the payment agent agreement and trust agreement.
Security Agent Services
BRI has the obligation to assist the trustee in monitoring collateral trust bond value, registering collateral to the local fiduciary office and maintaining bond documents properly.
