Bill Payment
Bill Payment is a facility for paying public utility bills using ATM facilities and teller services at BRI.

Telkomsel
PLN Bill
- Online : Conducted through ATMs or BRI Branch Office Tellers (currently limited to the Jakarta and Tangerang areas).
- Offline : Conducted through payment points at all BRI business units.
Telephone Bill
- Online : Conducted through ATMs or BRI Branch Office Tellers (currently limited to Divre II Telkom and Divre V Telkom areas). Divre II Telkom covers: Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, Serang, Karawang, Purwakarta. Divre V Telkom covers: Surabaya, Mojokerto, Lamongan, Sampang, Pamekasan, Bawean, Pabean, Sumenep.
- Off line : Conducted through two methods: Manual: Via payment point officers at BRI Branch Offices or BRI Units. SOPP: The Online Payment Point System (SOPP) is conducted at payment points at BRI Branch Offices or at designated BRI Unit payment points.

- Overbooking (account-to-account transfer). Currently, only postpaid (subscription-based) Telkomsel bills can be paid.
