For supplementary card, use your DOB registered for your primary card and send the SMS from the phone number registered for the primary card.

• Withdraw your cash at an ATM with Mastercard or Visa logo. insert your BRI Credit Card. Select the Rupiah amount or select Withdraw menu to insert your desired amount.
• The maximum amount that you can withdraw at once depends on the withdrawal limit of the ATM 
• If you exceed the one-time withdrawal limit, redo your withdrawal. 
• Cash withdrawal limit is 60% of your Credit Card Limit

• Cash withdrawal interest rate for customer is the same as retail interest rate and will be calculated daily.

• Regular cash withdrawal will be charged an administrative fee amouting to 4% of the total withdrawal amount aor minimum Rp 60,000 per transaction 
• From May 23, 2019 to June 30, 2019, 2% administration fee or Rp 50,000,- will be charged for every Tactical cash withdrawal
