Requirements

​​​​Property objects are not buildings or objects that are on the market or are less than 10 (ten) meters away from the market.

The natural disaster guarantee benefit in this product policy is only valid if the insured object has never suffered a loss due to a natural disaster in the last 3 (three) years since the beginning of the coverage period.

Insurance Period :

The coverage period of Griya Proteksi Maksima insurance is 1 (one) year and can be renewed (renewable).

 

Exceptions :

This policy does not cover loss or damage to the property and or interests of the insured that are directly or indirectly caused by or as a result of:​​​​​​​

Theft and or loss at the time and after the occurrence of the event covered by the policy.

Intentionality of the Insured, Deputy Insured or other parties at the behest of the Insured

and other exceptions that are regulated in the policy.
