MoCASH Complaint Detail



  1. Complaints / complaints to BRI in relation to Mocash BRI may be submitted by the Mocash User Customer to BRI Contact Center (14017/1500017). For the purpose of handling such complaints / complaints, BRI reserves the right to ask the Mocash.

  2. Customer to submit photocopy of Customer's identity and other supporting documents.
    Bank BRI responds to complaints in accordance with the policies and procedures applicable at Bank BRI, no later than 14 (fourteen) working days from Bank BRI receive complaints / complaints in full or in accordance with applicable provisions.

  3. BRI has the right to refuse to serve Customer's complaints submitted to BRI after 3 (three) months or more from the date of transaction or in accordance with applicable BRI provisions.
